Based in Bushmills and offering flexible hours (3–4 days/week), this is a unique opportunity to join the team of a dynamic and respected dealership.

You’ll be hands-on within the finance function, upholding standards and process, shaping financial insight and supporting every department across the business.

The right candidate will:

✅ Be fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent)
✅ Bring 3+ years of experience in a similar role
✅ Have a sharp eye for detail and strong commercial acumen
✅ Ideally come with experience in the motor trade and dealer systems

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Car Valeter to keep our vehicles showroom-ready.

Based at our Bushmills site, this full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in a job well done and enjoys working as part of a fast-moving team.

What you’ll do:

• Clean and detail vehicles to a high standard (interior & exterior)
• Prepare customer handover and display vehicles
• Assist with general site cleanliness and organisation

• A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience preferred but not essential – training provided

Are you an organised and detail-focused advisor with an interest in how vehicles work?

We’re looking for a Parts & Warranty Advisor to join our aftersales team – supporting our Citroën, Peugeot, Fiat, and Abarth service departments. Whether you’ve worked in warranty, parts, or both – if you’re a fast learner with a team spirit and a passion for the motor trade, we’d love to hear from you.

🔧 Your Role:

As Parts & Warranty Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our workshop, manufacturer partners, and suppliers. You’ll handle the full warranty claims process while also supporting parts administration, stock handling, and ordering. With the right attitude, we can train you on the warranty side – but a working knowledge or strong interest in automotive parts or mechanical systems will really help you succeed.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit warranty claims to Stellantis and third-party providers
• Track claim progress and resolve rejections or queries promptly
• Maintain knowledge of Stellantis warranty policies and bulletins
• Support parts ordering, invoicing, and stock control
• Liaise daily with technicians, service advisors, customers, suppliers, and manufacturer contacts
• Track performance and contribute to continuous improvement in parts and warranty processes

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment (parts or admin) is ideal
• Strong administrative and IT skills (Pinewood/CDK or similar DMS experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• A team-oriented, customer-first attitude
• A genuine interest in vehicles, parts, or how things work mechanically
• Willingness to learn the warranty process if not already familiar
