What You’ll Do:


As the Service Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, setting the pace for your team and ensuring efficiency across the board. From streamlining workflows and managing technician productivity to fostering strong customer relationships, you’ll play a pivotal role in making sure we meet deadlines, deliver outstanding service, and achieve financial goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the service department with energy, driving team performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline repair processes, and implement solutions to minimise turnaround time.
  • Oversee departmental budgets, analyse financial data, and develop revenue-enhancing strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns and building lasting relationships.
  • Manage work-in-progress jobs and optimise technician schedules for maximum productivity.
  • Provide leadership, set clear goals, and facilitate ongoing training and development for the team.
